Hailing from Ontario, Canada, SEAWAY is a five-piece pop punk powerhouse that continues to bang out catchy hit after catchy hit seven years deep into their career. “Fresh Produce” is SEAWAY’S first compilation album consisting of 13 b-sides, rarities, and covers and is their latest release since 2014’s “Vacation.” You can get the three different version from PURE NOISE RECORDS or catch them in the UK this weekend!!!
“I WANNA RIDE!” So goes the battle cry of Vancouver, BC’s beloved “Cycho-Sonic” maniacs THE VICIOUS CYCLES on “Hot Dogs In The City,” the first single and opening track off their third LP (and PIRATES PRESS RECORDS debut) “MOTORCYCHO!” 70s punk, 60s garage, and 50s rock ’n roll trash all inform the sound of this killer band, as does the timeless sound of a big old bike kicking into gear! So whether you adorn your denim cuts with your local club colors or a backpatch from your favorite gut-bucket rock & roll band, you’ll find a lot to love in this ripper of an LP celebrating the raw, gritty joys of both rock music and two wheels burning up the open road! Grab the awesome Red-ish, Cyan, and White splattered vinyl – or the Red-ish & Baby Blue “Galaxy” style version before they burn rubber!
Following up their acclaimed 2018 debut LP, THE DROWNS have teamed up with PIRATES PRESS RECORDS to release this incredible double A-side 7” single for “The Sound” and “Bricks of Old Rainier” – a cohesive and passionate hometown tribute to the Puget Sound and all that is the Northwest! All three versions come with super slick printed polybags that match up with the sleeve art beneath (the red map and brick designs are printed on the bags!). Grab yours from PIRATES PRESS RECORDS or catch THE DROWNS live as their tear across North America for the next month! These songs are both straight-up fists-in-the-air singalongs – and this is one hell of a 7” package to house ‘em in. You will NOT be disappointed!
SILVERSTEIN was founded in 2000, and this is their first 100% independent release on their own label! After touring the world, performing in over 2300 shows and releasing 8 studio albums, they wanted to try something completely different, and totally killed it! This release was entirely sold direct to fans via their website, bundled together with exclusive merchandise. All variants sold out quickly and the album is already being re-pressed. Even without retail, the Album ended up charting on various Billboard charts and sold the equivalent of 6000 copies in the first week!
