SELL THE HEART RECORDS started in 2010 in the SF Bay Area in hopes of helping out the local music scene and releasing albums by many of the local artists. “Everybody Wants Somewhere” is the 10th album released through SELL THE HEART RECORDS, and showcases 21 artists across multiple genres, each covering a classic FUGAZI song. The album pays tribute to the band, but also serves as a vehicle for raising funds for a very cool non-profit based in San Francisco called TAKING IT TO THE STREETS, who have been working with the city’s homeless population since 2015.
