This trio of Adam Bufano, Elias Schutzman (both founding members of The Flying Eyes) and multi-instrumentalist Dave Cavalier, have crafted a sound on the threshold between melody and heaviness. \u201cAncients\u201d is the second full length for the band, but the first on RIPPLE MUSIC! TURTLES ON SPEED are Dash Hutton on drums and vocals, Brandon Rauch on bass, Devin Johnson on guitar and synths and \u201chonorary member\u201d Brandon Intelligator on guitar and background vocals \u2014 all guys who have played in a slew of other L.A. bands, here combining their punk pasts with an affection for the melodic, guitar-driven rock of indie greats. \u201cHigh With You\u201d was lucky enough to have featured good friend Kevin Bivona, of the Interrupters, on some Lead Guitar and B3 organ. It\u2019s supposed to be a fun record, nothing too sentimental. However, it took a village to make these tracks what they became\u2026<\/p>\n

ISOTOPE was formed in Oakland, California in 2014. By September they had played their first show and released their first demo along with a single entitled \u201cMidnight Soldier\u201d soon thereafter. Since then, ISOTOPE has become an important part to the local Bay Area Punk community and have toured all over North America on the strength of just a few demos and EP\u2019s. ISOTOPE is set to release their first self-titled full-length LP which you can get from CARBONIZED RECORDS on April 5th, 2019, or better yet, catch them at their few select pacific northwest shows beginning of April!<\/p>\n

REQ\u2019D is a brand new project from longtime Grannies\\’ guitarist and main songwriter Doug \u201cSluggo\u201d Cawley former friend of Kurt Cobain & Elliott Smith, founder and guitarist in; HULLABALOO (Boston 80s Noise Grunge), AIN\u2019T (San Francisco 90s Alt-Rock) & THE GRANNIES (SF Punk from 1999-2018). Moving from his punk roots to a singer\/songwriter vibe, it is a much more personal recording than one would expect. He only has a few select shows on the books, so keep an eye out if you want to catch him live!<\/p>\n

HANG TIME is the soundtrack album of a comedy movie about wine and relationships set in New Zealand, featuring the score, three licensed songs, and dialogue from the film. The cast and director recently did a national tour of New Zealand with the movie, to glowing reviews at every screening. Their American premiere is this month at the Sonoma International Film Festival, and they\\’re looking forward to being on the international film festival circuit. Only 250 of this album exist – it\\’s bound to be a collector\\’s item!<\/p>\n
